Gentle Yoga
This 45 minute adult yoga class includes gentle, floor-based stretching and poses, relaxing breathwork and guided meditation. This class is appropriate for all levels, beginners included.
Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is done while seated, or using the chair for balance and assistance. In these 45 minute classes we will practice seated movement/poses, breathwork and guided relaxation. It is open to all levels, especially seniors and those with limited range of motion or difficulty participating in floor/mat classes. Beginners welcome!
