About Tech Help

Tech Help sessions are offered by appointment only on:

  • Tuesdays, 5:00, 6:00, and 7:00 p.m.
  • Wednesdays, 9:30 and 10:30 a.m.

Each session is 45 minutes long.

Please complete the Tech Help Request Form below to request to receive Tech Help at the Library. After submitting it, a staff member will review your information to determine if you are eligible to book a 45-minute, one-on-one session. If so, you will be contacted using your preferred method of communication to discuss available dates and finalize your appointment booking.

IMPORTANT: Please bring your device(s) and any necessary login information or passwords to your appointment. Password resets can be time-consuming and may require accessing personal information that we cannot assist with directly. Having your credentials ready ensures we can make the best use of your appointment and focus on addressing your actual tech questions.
