Midweek Meditation — Give yourself a brain break! Meditation is shown to reduce stress, improve brain function, and even increase happiness! Give it a try or continue your practice with this 6-week program at the Florham Park Library. No previous meditation experience necessary!
Midweek Meditation will be held from 12 to 12:45pm , 8/15 & 8/29 with Jeannette; on 8/22 we will use a recorded meditation. Call to register 973-377-2694.

Recently released films are shown on the last Tuesday of every month. On August 28th at 6:30 pm, we will be showing “Book Club,” a romantic comedy about four lifelong friends whose lives are forever changed after reading 50 Shades of Grey in their monthly book club.
