About This Event Series

There’s more to preparing for a baby than packing a hospital bag. Led by a postpartum doula and prenatal yoga instructor, this session will help you prepare mentally, physically, and practically for birth and the transition into postpartum. We’ll talk about ways to support your body in late pregnancy, calm your mind as birth approaches, and prepare your home so those first days with your baby feel a little less overwhelming.

We will learn some gentle movements and breath work to prepare for birth and use during your postpartum. Then we will make a plan for the initial things you need to have in your space to start out on the right foot with your baby.
